Postage and Packaging

Aloe, Monstera and Me ships to the majority of mainland Great Britain. We do not currently deliver to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Isles of Scilly. We also do not ship products internationally.

All items will be sent by Royal Mail with the option of 48 hour tracked or 24 hour tracked. We charge a flat rate for each of these options that covers the cost of delivery and the cost of packaging. The postage and packaging costs are:

• Royal Mail 48 hour tracked - £5.25

• Royal Mail 24 hour tracked - £6.25

Please note that these costs are based on current Royal Mail rates and may increase in the future should Royal Mail increase its postage costs. Aloe, Monstera and Me will strive to keep delivery costs as low as possible for customers.

All products will be shipped in environmental packaging that can be fully recycled or composted. Disposal instructions will be provided with each order.

You will be provided with a tracking link for your product(s) as soon as possible. Please note that Royal Mail may require someone to be home to accept delivery. If you are not at home Royal mail will either leave your product in a safe place or leave a card to rearrange delivery. Please provide any specific delivery instructions (e.g. ‘please leave in front porch’) at the checkout.

Please note that Aloe, Monstera and Me does not accept any responsibility for parcels that are lost or damaged that are left in a safe space.
